One week after today, you will have to attend a special occasion, but If you feel so fat with your body, please try the following Weight Loss Programme.

Consult with Doctor before staring this program.

During these seven days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

Weight Loss Programme

Day 1

All fruits you want to eat except plantains/bananas.

It is suggested you consume lots of melons especially watermelons.

Day 2

All Vegetables.

Have a boiled potato for breakfast.

You are encouraged to eat until you are satisfied with all raw and cooked vegetables of your choice.

There is no limit on the amount or type.

Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables.

Day 3

Any mixture of fruits, vegetables of your choice.

Any amount.

No bananas yet.

No potatoes today.

Day 4

Bananas and Milk.

Today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk.

You can also have one bowl of vegetable soup.

Day 5

Today is a feast day.

You will east one cup of rice.

You will also have to eat six whole tomatoes, which is a must.

Drink totally 12 glasses of water today.

Day 6

Another vegetable day.

You may eat one cup of rice and all the vegetables; you want cooked and uncooked.

Day 7

Today your food intake will consist of one cup rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume.

More than one cup of coffee with milk is forbidden.

No oil, either milk or oil adds empty calories to your diet.

Avoid coffee- coffee lovers can console themselves with black coffee.

Wonder Soup

23-oz water, 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, and 3 whole tomatoes, 1 cabbage, a bunch cleared herbs and seasoning as desired.

This soup is intended to supplement to your diet.

You are encouraged to drink large quantities of this soup.

If you desire further weight loss repeat this program again.

However it is suggested that you take rest for three days before repetition.
